Dynamic Fitness Solutions (DFS) is a High Performance Training business that specialises in strength, power, conditioning and individual programing. DFS is owned and operated by Simon Kent. Simon has a degree in Sports Science and is a Nationally Certified Certificate IV Master Trainer, State Weightlifting Coach and Level Two Strength and Conditioning Coach. Simon currently works as the Strength Coach for Auckland Rugby and was part of the successful 2007 Air NZ Cup campaign. DFS has previously designed strength programs for the NSW Waratahs and Sydney University Rugby Union Club and is the strength coach to Astrid Loch Wilkinson, the first female to represent Australia at a Winter Olympics in the sport of Bobsleigh. Simon has worked as a coach at the NSW Weightlifting Association and as a Consultant to Rugby League Clubs St George Illawarra and the Penrith Panthers - helping players develop their strength and power.
